RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, take possession of the product.

How to do it

1. Send an email to orders@smashcapitalism.com informing us of your withdrawal.
2. Promptly return the product to the address provided by the Seller, in unchanged condition and in its original packaging.
3. Wait for the refund — no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned product.

Costs

The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the product. If the product is defective, we will also refund the shipping costs.

Condition of the item

The returned product must be unused, unchanged and complete, with tags and original packaging.

What can't be returned

The right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to products made to the Consumer's specification or tailored to the Consumer's individual needs (customized products).

Faulty items

If you receive a defective or non-conforming product, you have the right to file a complaint. Complaints should be sent to orders@smashcapitalism.com. Your complaint should include a description of the defect, the date of purchase and proof of purchase.
