RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the Product.

How to make a return

You can withdraw from the contract in one of three ways:

• By sending a withdrawal statement to orders@smash-capitalism.com
• By filling out the withdrawal form available on the Store website
• By filling out the form enclosed with the shipment and sending the return package — in this case the date of posting the shipment counts

If you submit the statement by email or via the form on the website, the Product must be returned promptly, no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of the withdrawal.

Return address

On the return shipment, indicate Silvermoor Capital Partners sp. z o.o. as the recipient and include the order number. Enclose the completed withdrawal form or information enabling order identification. We do not accept cash-on-delivery return shipments.

Costs

The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the Product.

Refund of payments

We will refund all payments received, including the costs of delivery of the Product (except for additional costs resulting from the delivery method chosen by you other than the cheapest ordinary delivery method offered by the Store), promptly, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal statement.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the Product back or until you provide proof of its dispatch, whichever occurs earlier. Proof of dispatch is deemed to be the consignment document issued by the carrier containing the parcel number enabling tracking.

The refund will be made using the same payment method as you used, unless you expressly agree to another refund method that does not entail any costs for you.

Condition of the returned Product

You have the right to inspect the Product in the way you would in a physical store — you may try it on. However, if the value of the Product decreases as a result of use beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may reduce the amount of the refund by the value of that decrease.

What cannot be returned

The right of withdrawal does not apply to Products manufactured according to the Consumer's specification or serving to satisfy the Consumer's individual needs (customized products).

Complaints

If the Product received is defective or not in conformity with the contract, you have the right to file a complaint. Please send complaints to orders@smash-capitalism.com, providing a description of the defect, the date of purchase and proof of purchase.
